All valuations are carried out in accordance with the RICS Appraisal and Valuation Standards (the Red Book).
Currell valuations are carried out for the following purposes:
- Probate – we will dispose of the property if necessary
- Matrimonial and legal separation
- Expert Witness – reports prepared for court proceedings, including single-joint expert (we have experience of County Court attendance)
- Self-Invested Personal Pensions (SIPPS)
- Finance
- Capital Gains Tax –usually these are 1982 valuations. We will negotiate with the District Valuer.
